Pack with Care
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a bulky item pickup for furniture.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
